General
What is MMMail?
MMMail is a browser extension and SaaS tool for Gmail and Google Workspace users. It helps you create and send personalised emails using variables, conditional content, previews, and responsible sending controls.
Is MMMail an email marketing platform?
MMMail is a mail merge and personalisation tool. It is not an email database provider, lead generation service, spam tool, or bulk email infrastructure provider.
Emails are sent from your own Google account.
Who is MMMail for?
MMMail is designed for small businesses, freelancers, sales teams, recruiters, schools, associations, internal company teams, Google Workspace users, and people who currently use spreadsheets to manage email communication.
What makes MMMail different?
MMMail focuses on smart personalisation. In addition to normal variables like {{FirstName}} or {{Company}}, MMMail supports conditional content, such as choosing a Slovak or English paragraph based on recipient data.
Accounts and privacy
How do I log in?
You log in using your Google account.
Can other users see my Google email address?
No. In the community forum, other users should only see your public username, avatar, and badges. Your Google account email address is not shown publicly.
Why do I need to choose a username?
Your username is your public identity in the MMMail community forum. It allows you to post, comment, report issues, and participate without exposing your Google account email address.
Can I change my username?
This may be possible, but username changes may be limited to prevent impersonation or abuse.
Does MMMail read my emails?
MMMail should only access the Google data required to provide the features you use. The exact data access is explained in the Privacy Policy and Google permission screen. MMMail is designed to minimise access and avoid unnecessary storage of email content.
Does MMMail sell my data?
No. MMMail does not sell Google user data.
Where can I read the Privacy Policy?
The Privacy Policy will be linked here before public launch.
Sending emails
How are emails sent?
Emails are sent through your own Gmail or Google Workspace account, using authorised Google access.
Does MMMail bypass Gmail limits?
No. MMMail does not bypass Gmail or Google Workspace limits. MMMail may also apply its own lower limits to protect users, recipients, account reputation, and the service.
Why is my sending limit lower than Google's official limit?
MMMail may use safer limits based on your account type, plan, account age, activity, Trust Score, or abuse-prevention rules. The goal is not to send the maximum possible number of emails. The goal is to send responsibly and maintain account health.
Can I send cold emails?
You are responsible for making sure your emails are lawful and appropriate. MMMail is designed for legitimate, permission-based communication. You must not use MMMail for spam, phishing, deceptive outreach, stolen lists, purchased lists, or unlawful campaigns.
Can I use purchased email lists?
No. MMMail is not intended for purchased, scraped, stolen, or unauthorised recipient lists.
Do I need an unsubscribe link?
For marketing, promotional, newsletter, outreach, or similar messages, you may be legally required to provide an easy way to opt out. You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your emails.
Does MMMail add "Sent with MMMail" to my emails?
Paid MMMail plans are not intended to add visible branding to your outgoing emails unless clearly stated. MMMail may add technical headers or metadata needed for operation, diagnostics, safety, or abuse prevention. These are not the same as visible email footer branding.
Variables and conditional content
What are variables?
Variables are placeholders that are replaced with recipient-specific values. Example: Hello {{FirstName}}, becomes Hello Peter,.
What is conditional content?
Conditional content lets one template show different text depending on recipient data. Example: if Country is Slovakia, show Slovak text; otherwise show English text.
What happens if a variable is missing?
MMMail should warn you before sending if a required variable is missing. You should always preview emails before sending.
Can I preview emails before sending?
Yes. Previewing generated emails before sending should be a core MMMail workflow.
Billing and licences
Is MMMail free?
MMMail may offer a free plan, trial, or Founding Member programme. The available plans and limits are shown on the pricing page.
What is a Founding Member?
A Founding Member is one of the early MMMail users who receives special access or benefits, such as early access or lifetime Pro features, depending on the offer terms.
What paid plans are available?
Plans may include Personal, Workspace User, Workspace Domain, or other plans shown on the pricing page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel through your account, billing portal, or payment provider interface. Deleting the browser extension does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
